Rashida is currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). Previously, she worked for Western Digital Corp. (WDC) as a Research Engineer for twelve years.  At WDC she contributed to High Data Rate speed and Areal Density for hard drive data storage. It was magnetic recording technology that she worked on prior to moving to Health Care. As a Business Process Manager, Rashida managed the Medicare and Medicaid system for Kaiser Permanente. At her current company, PG&E she can integrate both of her engineering and healthcare skills and knowledge towards clean energy. Rashida obtained her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Chittagong University in Bangladesh. She pursued two master's degrees in the US - one in Health Care Administration from California State University and another one in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco Bay University. Jesmin, currently working as a Principal Photolithography Process Development Engineer at Western Digital, has extensively worked on development, scaling and implementation of new process technologies and complex process issues in the semiconductor industry. She has over 10 years of experience as a Process and Technology Development Engineer in the industry-leader storage company Western Digital Corporation and Headway Technologies Inc. As a passionate Photolithography Engineer, with advancement of Semiconductor nodes, she is always faced with new challenges to pattern deep sub wavelength devices.  She works with cross functional team on development, qualification and optimization of process technologies for new emerging products, on transferring new process module from development phase to mass production, on collaborating with materials suppliers and equipment vendors for assessment and selection of best product.
