Rashida is currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). Previously, she worked for Western Digital Corp. (WDC) as a Research Engineer for twelve years.  At WDC she contributed to High Data Rate speed and Areal Density for hard drive data storage. It was magnetic recording technology that she worked on prior to moving to Health Care. As a Business Process Manager, Rashida managed the Medicare and Medicaid system for Kaiser Permanente. At her current company, PG&E she can integrate both of her engineering and healthcare skills and knowledge towards clean energy. Rashida obtained her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Chittagong University in Bangladesh. She pursued two master's degrees in the US - one in Health Care Administration from California State University and another one in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco Bay University. She focuses on computational prediction  models for drug transport in preclinical settings, overseeing the design/strategy and  interpretation of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics studies for antibody/biologics in cancer  immunotherapy.
